CMG designed and installed all of the custom metal and glasswork in this modern communal office space in Manhattan. Here, bold framework is coupled with natural woodwork to create a highly creative and industrial mood. It was important at COWORK|RS to create varied work areas that included both open social spaces and private work spaces. The key was to achieve this without the office at large feeling cramped or prohibitive to open creativity. The dark framing works to create bold divisions, while the use of glass allows light to flow across spaces within the larger space, preventing any area within the space at large from feeling blocked or cramped.
