Estimator Project Manager: Prepare cost estimates for architectural metal & glass designer. Estimate/prepare project manpower, equipment, and materials estimates. Analyze/review blueprints, design documents with designers, engineers and architects. Consult with clients, vendors, in-house and sub-contractors to determine cost estimates. Ensure construction schedule and cost control. Lead on implementation of design process, construction and project management applications from start to finish. Will work with Esub and Revit software. Requires bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with 1 year experience in job offered or as a Project Manager, Designer or related in construction or architecture, to include cost estimation, project management, blueprint analysis, knowledge of materials such as metal, glass, concrete, and E-sub and Revit software.
